You will be able to visit lots of places on foot such as the l'Espace Dali, the museum
dedicated to the history of the area called the Musee du Vieux
Montmartre another traditional cabaret venue called the Lapin Agile, the
waxwork museum, Musee
Grevin and much more, not forting that you have the Metro to visit other areas of
Paris and the L'OpenTour
tour buses.
The Hotel Facilities
The Hotel Gerando has a 24 hour reception with concierge service for making reservations
at the many Paris
restaurants, organising tours, booking tickets for shows and general tourist
information from the helpful staff that do speak English as well as French.
There is a nice warm and inviting breakfast room where they serve a very basic continental
breakfast or you can choose to have this in your room if you prefer and the breakfast
normally comes included in the cost of the room, but it is always best to check!
The lounge with its leather sofa and arm chairs is again warm, inviting and cosy just like
you would expect to walk into a lounge at home.
You will be pleased to know that the Hotel Gerando has a lift, but also offers room
service throughout the day and there is free WiFi internet access so that you can keep in
touch with family and colleagues.
