La Maison Montparnasse is close to many shops, cafes and Paris restaurants like
the very popular Plomb du Cantal
or the family orientated Apollo but
numerous landmarks in
Paris are also within easy reach such as Les Invalides
where you will find Napoleons tomb.
The Hotel Facilities
There is a reception with staff that are there to help you get the most out of your time
in Paris plus La Maison Montparnasse has a comfortable and cosy, yet bright lounge in the
same colour scheme where you can relax after a day of sight seeing and perhaps read a book
or flick through one of the magazines or newspapers available.
A buffet breakfast is served in the dining room every morning until noon with delights on
offer such as cheeses, hams, various marmalades from the French Alps and much more to get
your day off to a good start, but on a nice day you could also choose to take your
breakfast outside in the small courtyard garden.
Hotel Room Facilities
Each floor of the hotel has a different colour scheme and you can choose a hotel room that
is decorated in pink, yellow, orange or purple to coincide with the rest of the hotel.
The rooms at La Maison Montparnasse have an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen LCD TV
along with free WiFi internet access.
Rates as of 2010: A Single room is from €89, a Double room is from €109 and a
Triple hotel room is from €129. The buffet breakfast is a cost of €9 per
person, however, children under the age of 12 is only €5.
