Le Zyriab Restaurant In Paris

Le Zyriab is a restaurant that serves Lebanese cuisine and is owned and run by the well respected Noura group, who also run other restaurants in Paris and this particular restaurant can be found above the Institute du Monde Arabe or IMA as it is also known.

This restaurant is located inside a modern building designed by Jean Nouvel in the 1980's that was classed as futuristic at the time with its incredible south facing wall and photosensitive devices that control the light.

Inside the Institute du Monde Arabe there is a complete cultural centre, which is home to exhibitions, a library and a museum along with offices and of course the café and restaurant, which is on the ninth floor of the building.

Le Zyriab Restaurant In Paris

To access Le Zyriab you take a glass lift and arrive at a contemporary dining room with its large windows that open onto a vast terrace, where you will have the most spectacular and magical views of the River Seine and the famous monument in Paris, the Notre Dame Cathedral.

This restaurant provides Lebanese food with wonderful delights such as couscous, mixed grills, chawarma chicken and traditional pastries along with a great wine list, and they have a lunchtime and an evening menu, including an A la Carte option, plus there is also a self-service café style menu available at lunchtimes as well.

The cuisine here is also vegetarian and Halal friendly, plus Le Zyriab is also accessible to the disabled, and is a more reasonable option for an A la Carte meal with phenomenal views than going to the Tour d'Argent, which is located only a block away!

Restaurant Guide Key Points

Le Zyriab by Noura restaurant in Paris is open on a Tuesday to a Sunday from 11am through to 11.30pm by reservation, yet this is where you will get the best views and the best gourmet cuisine.

However Le café Littéraire by Noura is open on a Tuesday to Sunday from 11am through to 7pm and the self-service Le moucharabieh is open from 11.30am through to 3pm

Not just the restaurant, but the whole place including the museum is always closed on a Monday and on National holidays, so do bear this in mind.

There is of course no age limit to dine at this restaurant and there is no particular dress code, although it is generally smart casual but leaning more towards the trendy.

The average cost for the A la Carte option is around 80€ to 140€, obviously depending upon your choices, but they also do a set meal for both a lunch time and an evening, which is an approximate cost of 75€, but as you can appreciate, pricing does change, so it may be an idea to check prior.

If you are thinking of a party with a difference, then the whole restaurant or part of it can be hired for private functions and groups are always welcome.

The closest Metro station to Le Zyriab is called Sully-Morland.
